Terms and Conditions

COURSE FEE AND PAYMENT
The fee to attend the course should be paid before the date of the course presentation. UK Training has the right to refuse a delegate entry to the presentation if the course fee is not paid before the date of the course presentation.

ACCEPTANCE OF NOMINATION AND INVOICING
UK Training has the right not to accept a nomination. A nomination will be deemed to be accepted when UK Training issues an invoice in respect of the nomination.

CANCELLATIONS AND TRANSFERS
The client must advise UK Training of a cancellation in writing.

If a client does not advise of a cancellation in writing before the date of the course presentation then the full course fee will be payable.

If a client cancels a nomination seven or more calendar days before the date of the course presentation then 30% of the course fee will be payable.

If a client cancels a nomination within seven calendar days before the date of the course presentation then 100% of the course fee will be payable. The client will be allowed to substitute another person in the place of the delegate who cannot attend.

If a client transfers a delegate to another presentation of the same course then this will be treated as a cancellation. UK Training will allow a 30% discount in respect of the course that the delegate is transferred to.

UK Training has the right to cancel a course presentation after acceptance of nominations. In this event UK Training will reimburse in full any course fees paid and UK Training’s liability will be limited to the value of the course fees paid.
