The course is for people who need to make sense of financial information. The aim of the course is to help people improve the performance of their organisation.

The course clearly explains the essentials of financial information and it demonstrates the use of Ten Powerful Tools which help people analyse and interpret the financial performance of an organisation. The course will demystify the world of finance and remove any misconceptions that people may have.

During the morning of the course the presenter will equip the delegates with all the knowledge and skills to enable them to analyse and interpret financial information.  During the afternoon the presenter will lead the delegates through a case study which will enable them to apply their new found skills to a real life situation.  We have a library of case studies that can be used in this session or we can use the financial statements of an organisation selected by the client.

Each person receives a comprehensive manual and a CD. The manual allows them to revisit critical parts of the presentation and the CD demonstrates in an interactive way how to apply ten powerful tools which are essential for analysing and interpreting financial information.
