Companies House
A representative of Companies House will be in attendance at each of the presentations of this seminar. The person will provide information and spend time answering any questions that you may have with regard to the changes to the procedures at Companies House brought about by the new Act.
All the provisions of the Companies Act 2006 that have not yet come into force will do so later this year. There are many important changes and they affect all companies, all company secretaries and all company directors. The measures include:
- Changes concerning the memorandum and articles of all companies.
- New model articles will replace the existing Table A and other model articles.
- The replacement of all Companies House forms.
- Directors and company secretaries will not be compelled to disclose their residential address.
- Changes affecting the statutory registers.
- Changes affecting shares and share capital.
The seminar will deal exclusively and in depth with the changes that will take effect this year. It is important for company secretaries, directors and others responsible for ensuring that companies comply with the Companies Act. It will tell you exactly what you must do, the advance preparations that you should make and how to avoid the unpleasant penalties.
Each delegate receives many extra benefits free of charge
