A representative of Companies House will be in attendance at each of the presentations of this seminar. The person will provide information and spend time answering any questions that you may have with regard to the changes to the procedures at Companies House brought about by the new Act.

The new Companies Act was given Royal Assent in November 2006 and the implementation programme is now well advanced with further provisions becoming effective during 2009.  It is vital that all people who are responsible for ensuring that their company complies with Company Law recognise what they need to do to avoid falling foul of this new legislation and suffering unnecessary penalties.

This seminar will ensure that companies are fully aware of:

  • the changes that were implemented before 1st October 2008
  • the changes that were implemented on 1st October 2008
  • the changes that will be implemented during 2009

It provides a step by step guide for all people who are responsible for ensuring that their company complies with Company Law - ensuring good governance now and in the future.

Each delegate receives over £200 worth of extra benefits free of charge

Each person attending this seminar will receive a free copy of the brand new book, The Step by Step Guide to Implementing The Companies Act 2006, worth £60, written by Roger Mason who is a foremost expert in Company Law.  Roger, along with Peter Hughes and Kevin Guy, presents the seminar.  They will also receive a free CD which contains many valuable resources including a free copy of The Companies Act 2006, which costs over £60 from TSO, and a free one-year subscription to The Company Law Resource Centre worth £99.

The price to attend the seminar is £125 + VAT
